Getting married is a time to get as much help as you can muster. It is difficult and nerve racking to produce a wedding alone. So delegation is the key to accomplishing the wedding day you are dreaming of.

Ask Yourself these Questions

Who will be your “Point Person” or that individual who will take care of the “day of” details? This person should have great interpersonal skills and the ability to calmly and efficiently handle any emergencies without involving you.

Do you want to hire a “Point Person” (a wedding planner)?

Who are the people you can depend on to help you through your planning and implementation period?I would look no further than your wedding party. If they don’t live near by or are otherwise unavailable, think of the people who are usually around you and are interested in your wedding plans.
.
How are you going to divide up the tasks that need to be done?

Which tasks are you going to delegate and which tasks are you personally going to do?

What will your fiancé be doing?

How will you say thank you?

Keep these tips in mind as you continue on your wedding planning path

David Villanueva & DVJazz

Lately I have been looking at San Antonio wedding vendors and I came across David Villanueva & DVJazz . If you haven’t guessed they are a jazz band and I though what an awesome idea to hire a jazz band for your wedding day. I have nothing against a DJ   but I think haveing a Jazz band would give your wedding party an extra bit of style and class.

So as I was writing my first draft of this post  I was listening to David Villanueva play his Tenor Saxophone and I was really grooving wit the sound (yeah I not very good a jazz lingo.) I don’t think you could go wrong with booking these fine gentlemen for you wedding day. He plays Jazz, Latin, R&B, Soul and swing (sounds so fun… kind of geeking out just thinking about it). You can get more information about the band at DVJazz.com. Still if you can’t get to one of there showings to check them out here is one from the hand dandy internet.
